SOL Cluster Documentation

Documentation for SOL Cluster. We have a dedicated SOL Teams channel. Keep an eye on it as we regularily post information there.

Disclaimer: the cluster is still under development and may frequently be shut down for updates/maintenance. The experience may not be user-friendly (yet). This documentation is also subject to change. In case unexpected errors on your jobs happen, you can report them in the dedicated "Issues" tab on SOL Teams channel.

Useful tip

To be able to see job priorities when running squeue:

1. append the following line to your ~/.bashrc file : export SQUEUE_FORMAT="%.18i %.9P %.8j %.8u %.2t %.10M %.10q %.6D %.20R"
2. reload your bash settings via source ~/.bashrc

From then on, you should see job priorities when runnning squeue.
